Crafting Your Voluntary Disclosure Policy: Regulations, Policies and Best Practices

The Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA) and Critical Infrastructure Protection Directorate (CIPD) in collaboration with the Cybersecurity National Coordination Centre (NCC) and DiHubMT are hosting workshops designed to assist organisations in developing effective Coordinated Voluntary Disclosure (CVD) policies, aligned with the National Policy issued by the MDIA and the CIPD.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory frameworks and receive practical guidance on navigating the disclosure requirements.

By the end of the workshops, attendees will be equipped to draft a tailored CVD policy for their organization, ensuring compliance with best practices and enhancing their disclosure processes.

  • Limited number of spaces
  • Each Responsible Organisation is permitted a maximum of 2 attendees
  • Attendees should be familiar with any existing agreements that their Responsible Organisation has in place with other suppliers
  • Attendees are to bring a laptop
